Specialised was the first supplier who was able to provide clear pricing for the product/service we had enquired about. Then you went one better – by recommending the TQ320 over the TQ320D I had initially enquired about. Not only was this unit cheaper to buy and install, it has a higher L/min airflow rate.Josh and Blake did an excellent job on the installation; even cable-tied the power cord to the gas line and puttied a hole left from the old thermostat. I did not expect this level of attention to detail. They were polite and courteous, kept me informed every step of the way and even showed me how to use the manual controller.

The system is now working superbly, the warmth of the house both upstairs and down is fantastic [all the family comment about it] and this is directly related to your great advice, service and the fact that you could have sold me 2 Split systems but were honest enough to steer me in another direction.We received our Gas bill from TRU the other day and our gas bill has now gone down compared to same 61 days last year.The temperature now rises a lot more quickly and as I said earlier the vents are now blowing hot air like they should have 10 years ago!

(Jai’s) knowledge and personality ultimately resulted in us choosing Spec Air. We have been very happy with the system Spec Air supplied to us and the after service provided has further proven we made the right decision in purchasing through Spec Air.

I don’t have a worry in the world in recommending you to anyone. My ducted air conditioner was fitted professionally by professional people, they cleaned everything up, didn’t break anything and didn’t leave a mess. The heating in the Winter on this system is fantastic too.

We had a system from SpecAir in our old place in Melton and they were well priced and the unit was great.

Just thought I would let you know that we are happy with the central heating and what a great job Tom did with the service & sales, he went out of his way to make sure all was right.

The boys did a great job, spits working well and the client had only good things to say which is refreshing. Also the house was nice and warm when the clients arrived.

Ian’s knowledge and customer service provided was AMAZING. He was extremely helpful with assisting me obtain the correct PC Board that I required.

I just spoke to the Tenants at 3 Ricky Court and they wanted to pass on how polite and respectful your team of guys who did the installation today were. They said that compared to other tradesmen they have recently encountered they were by far the nicest to have in their home.

May I also add that when I spoke with Clint this morning I also found him to be very helpful and genuine in his suggestions for fitting the A/C and he instilled confidence in his advice, which I took without hesitation.
